Messermeister Serrated Peeler: peels everything, even peaches and tomatoes effortlessly
The Alligator chopper: perfect chop for onions, shallots, peppers, mangoes, apples
Santuko:  Cross between the chef's knife and cleaver, small and larger sizes are used constantly in my kitchen, and the wide blade makes a great scoop for lifting those chopped veggies into your pan. 
Silpats:  Everything slides right off these baking sheet liners, and nothing burns.  Best thing?  they go right into the dishwasher. 
Baker's Joy: Fat and flour in one can for spraying on all your baking dishes.
